From an anatomy scan to the finished piece in hand. We charge per project, with no subscription or minimum order, and you get the timeline and price in the quote before confirming the job.
3D scanning
We contactlessly capture anatomy, a tool or an existing product and turn it into a clean, watertight 3D model. Scanning is painless and takes a few minutes, and the result is measurable geometry instead of eyeballed estimates.
- Capture with structured light and a handheld scanner

Modelling
From a photo, scan or simple sketch we build a production-ready CAD model. We fit the geometry to the measured dimensions, choose wall thicknesses and tolerances for the manufacturing method, and hand over files that go straight to print or CNC.

3D printing
We print prototypes, moulds and anatomical teaching models. We choose the technology and material for the purpose, and for products that contact the body we use biocompatible materials per ISO 10993. We inspect every piece before delivery.

Consulting
Before you spend the budget, we go through what's feasible, in which material and at what price. We help with choosing the technology, design for manufacturing and the regulatory path if the product heads to market.
