A young MedTech team from Zagreb.

PERMEDIS is a Croatian deep-tech startup founded in 2026 out of academic work at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. We develop personalised medical devices that use 3D printing for better clinical care.

Our story

From a final thesis to a real startup.

PERMEDIS began as one engineer's final thesis, someone who saw an obvious gap in the medical industry: why generic solutions when every patient has a unique anatomy?

Today we are an interdisciplinary team bridging mechanical engineering and medicine. Our work is supported by University of Zagreb professors and clinical partners from KBC Zagreb. The current focus is gynaecology, and the vision is personalised solutions in every medical field, available to every patient regardless of sex or condition.

Validated in academia, we are now building towards clinical application. Step by step.

Permedis is building a platform that bridges engineering and medicine: solutions shaped to fit every patient.
